Membership Eligibility
There is no cost or membership fee to join the 24K Vault Rewards Program.
All customers become eligible upon providing their full name and email address to create a Goldflower patient profile.
Participation is open to all customers of Goldflower Cannabis retail locations in Florida.
There is no purchase necessary to become a member.
Membership is non-transferable and tied to a unique customer profile.
To stay enrolled in the 24K Vault Rewards program, you must maintain a subscription to at least one SMS or email communication.
Participation implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
How to Earn Points
Members earn base points for every qualifying purchase.
Points are calculated on post-discount, pre-tax spending.
Points can be earned on discounted products.
Tier-Based Point Boosts
Bronze (0–249 pts): 1 point per $1 spent (base rate)
Silver (250–1999 pts): 10% point boost
Platinum (2000–4999 pts): 25% point boost
Gold (5000+ pts): 40% point boost
High Society (Invite Only): Terms available upon invite.
Point boosts are calculated utilizing a base rate of one point for every dollar expended at the Bronze tier.
Bonus incentives may be awarded for completing non-purchase activities such as:

Complete a Loyalty Challenge (e.g., buy weekly for a month, or find the Vault Key in Florida) – Variable pts
All bonus points are contingent upon current eligibility and availability. Offers are exclusively accessible during designated events, locations, and marketing campaigns.
Point Redemption
Points can be redeemed for select products, brand perks, and special promotions.
Redemption values increase by tier:
Bronze: 500 pts = $25 credit
Silver: 500 pts = $30 credit (20% more value)**
Platinum: 500 pts = $35 credit (40% more value)**
Gold: 500 pts = $40 credit (60% more value)**
High Society: Terms available upon invite.
Points must be redeemed in increments of 100 points, with a maximum of 1,000 points per transaction.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between members.
Redemptions may be subject to availability and location-specific inventory.*
Loyalty rewards must be applied at checkout online or in-store.
Rewards cannot be redeemed at the point of delivery or retroactively after a purchase is completed.
Loyalty points may only be used on full-priced products.
Loyalty points and other promotional discounts cannot be combined.
Discounts are not stackable with daily promotions or existing discounts.
Loyalty points may be used toward full-priced accessories; however, no other discounts may be applied to accessories unless explicitly stated in the terms and conditions of the sale.
Accessories include, but are not limited to, delivery devices such as Puffco or Storz & Bickel (S&B) products, batteries, glassware, lighters, and related merchandise.

Tiers are determined by total points accrued, not by total dollars spent.

Perks terms and conditions are available only upon invitation.
Points Expiration
Points expire on a rolling 180-day basis of inactivity.
Inactivity is defined as no purchases or qualifying activity within 180 days.
Expired points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Membership Maintenance & Cancellation
Members can request to opt out of the program at any time.
Goldflower Cannabis reserves the right to revoke rewards membership if fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
Any remaining points will be forfeited if a member opts out or is removed.
Membership privileges are strictly non-transferable, meaning they cannot be assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred to any individual or entity. This restriction ensures that each membership is uniquely linked to an individual customer profile, established upon initial registration. Each customer profile contains personal and identifiable information essential for the proper administration of the membership benefits and services provided. Therefore, the rights and benefits associated with the membership can only be exercised by the original member, safeguarding the integrity and exclusivity of the membership experience. Any attempt to transfer or share membership privileges will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in immediate revocation of privileges membership.
Tier Renewal & Requalification Policy
Members of the 24K Vault Rewards program can unlock higher-tier benefits by accumulating points throughout the calendar year. Your tier status is valid for the remainder of the calendar year in which it’s earned and will continue through the entire following calendar year.
To maintain your current tier, you must requalify by reaching the designated point threshold within that next full calendar year.
If requalification is not met, your account will automatically revert to the tier level corresponding to your current points total at the beginning of the next year.
Example:
If a member earns enough points to reach Gold Tier in September 2024, they will retain Gold status for the rest of 2024 and all of 2025. If they do not accumulate enough points in 2025 to requalify, they will move to their eligible tier level based on their earned points beginning January 2026.
Note: Tier levels are determined solely by points accrued, not dollars spent. Redeeming points does not reduce your tier progress.
